The Model 800 is the ideal mid-level pallet stretch wrap turn table, rated for up to 100 pallets per day. This turntable pallet wrapper is ideal for 100 maximum average loads per day.

The integrated control board allows you to customize up to 18 wrap programs. Easily control speed, film tension, and wrap counts. Error code diagnosis makes troubleshooting fast and simple. It has all the features needed to improve your wrapping process.

The film carriage has electromagnetic tension for precise film tension control. The photo-eye detects the pallet and allows the turn table stretch wrapper machine to wrap the whole pallet to secure your product while performing a wrap cycle.

Maximum wrap heights of 86″ or 98″. The film carriage is driven by rack and pinion for added reliability. Regular 110v power plug.

  • Fixed roping bars, (C1BG0115-MNT) these reinforce the top and bottom edges of the film band by curling it over, reducing film tears. You can also position them to create a roping affect to greatly increase the load containment.

FAQ

You can wrap pallets up to 4400lbs with a max diagonal of 93".

The machine uses 20" machine film we suggest 70 gauge film or thicker.

All of our machines plug into standard 110v outlets.

Machine ships with mast knocked down and boxed up. Remove from pallet, tip the mast up and bolt the mast to the base.

We carry parts in stock for quick shipment and we have full-time tech support.
